Piedmont Defense is the training subsidiary of Tri-City Armory located in the foothills of South Mountain (Upper Cleveland County). Piedmont Defense offers a comprehensive training program in the proper use and storage of personal firearms in the state of North Carolina. Training is also conducted to meet North Carolina’s requirement for Concealed Carry Handgun Safety and Use of Deadly Force. Upon successful course completion the necessary certification will be provided along with information on application submission. Training is conducted by certified veteran instructors who have been annually certified by the NC Justice Academy.
